Last photo of March 2020

I found this challenge by Brian at Bushboy’s World via Su at Zimmerbitch and thought it was cool so decided to contribute.

Wood Store denizen!

Brian’s challenge rules:

  1. Post the last photo on your SD card or last photo on your phone for the 31st January.
  2. No editing – who cares if it is out of focus, not framed as you would like or the subject matter didn’t cooperate.
  3. You don’t have to have any explanations, just the photo will do
  4. Create a Pingback to this post or link in the comments
  5. Tag “The Last Photo”

    1. I love them too Brian. This species normally lives in houses during winter. They are afraid of nothing. Bite is fairly painless but my wife was bitten or stung by something whilst we were clearing the wood store and had a bad reaction. It might have been a spider or possibly a hibernating wasp.

  1. I am not a spider sort. I almost didn’t look at this post, but I’m glad I did. Insect sorts of creatures that are small and fast, might fly, and have lots of legs (more than two) terrify me a bit. OK, more than a bit. Oddly, the kid has had collections of things that I’ve allowed in the house. I loved the cricket we kept for a summer.

  2. Is that a Wolf Spider? I’ve mostly made my peace with spiders (apart from huge house spiders which I’m fine with as long as they don’t run at me) but the ones I absolutely love are the little zebra jumping spiders. I allow them to live on my windowsill though sometimes I escort them outside… 🙂

How are you? Are you doing okay? I’ve been away from my blog for a long time and not reading posts.
